These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and TRLR (“TRLR”, “we”, “us”) governing your use of the TRLR mobile app and related services (the “Service”) — a personal diary and community for tracking the TV shows and movies you watch. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use TRLR. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. By using TRLR you represent that you meet these requirements.
You keep ownership of the content you create on TRLR — your reviews, comments, ratings, lists, quotes, and profile. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute that content solely to operate and provide the Service (for example, showing your public review to other users or in a share-link preview). This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for residual copies that may remain in secure backups for a limited period, and except for content others have already shared or interacted with in ways that cannot be reversed.
You are responsible for the content you post, and you represent that you have the right to post it and that it does not violate these Terms or anyone’s rights.

TRLR includes user-generated content and community features. You can block other users and report content, and we review reports. We may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion. Handles on TRLR are not anonymous.
TRLR Plus is an optional auto-renewable subscription that unlocks additional features (such as TRLR Wrapped, app themes, smart lists, and per-list stats). All core tracking and community features remain free.
Price. TRLR Plus is $14.99 per year. A limited “Golden Ticket” price of $9.99 per year is offered to the first 100 members; it unlocks the same TRLR Plus and is simply a permanent discount, not a separate tier. Prices may vary by region and are shown at purchase.
Billing and renewal. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
Managing and canceling. You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your device’s account settings (Apple ID or Google Play). Canceling stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund the current period. When a subscription lapses, Plus-only features are hidden but your data is never deleted.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their store policies; we do not process store payments directly.
Show and movie metadata and artwork are provided by TheTVDB and other sources, and remain the property of their respective owners. They are provided for personal, informational use within the Service.
We are actively developing TRLR. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may limit or suspend the Service for maintenance or other operational reasons. We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm TRLR or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — such as content licenses already exercised, disclaimers, and limitations of liability — will survive.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TRLR will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or twenty US dollars.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above, and where appropriate we will notify you in the app. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
